Charles is a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law and a longtime Georgia criminal defense attorney. Formerly Rockdale County’s Chief Assistant Public Defender, Charles has spent his career putting himself in his clients’ shoes and working hard to get the best outcome possible in every case.
Charles is a father, a husband, an advocate for mental health, and a community leader.
